We’re members of Ecologi, actively compensating our carbon footprint through planet saving projects, and our London Headquarters is BREEAM rated as ‘Excellent’ for environmental performance. We promote cycling and re-cycling, we target positive health and welfare, and we walk the walk towards a brighter future. We are accredited to Green Mark for environmental sustainability, we bake cakes for Macmillan Cancer Support, and we can all take days off to work with charities close to our hearts.

The big team & culture

We work hard: To achieve what we achieve, we have to. We work smart, in close-knit teams where we’re relied upon to deliver and to own our performance. And we work together, with each team adding to the bigger picture. Regular team-building and ongoing education mean we’re up to date and razor sharp. We’re open and honest and loyal and we know it, and that gets the best out of us all. The most common words you’ll hear at big group are ‘Thank you’.


Keeping it social. When the working day is done, we celebrate our successes with regular team, company and big group events. Sometimes that means we book a bar out on a Thursday night and get together just for the sake of being together, and there are more dazzling events too. We throw a Summer celebration that unites the whole company in sizzling style, and we host a Christmas party of legendary status where we book an entire venue, turn up the volume, and let down our hair.
