After a successful debut summit in London in 2023, Mastercard Services asked big group to design and manage all aspects of the Excellence in Customer Engagement Summit (EICE) for leading brands in the Middle East and North Africa. Building on our long-term relationship with Mastercard, the EICE Summit gave us the opportunity to deliver a stand-out conference in a strategically important part of the world.
Bigger thinking
We wanted to build better. This conference brings together industry experts, digital innovators and thought leaders to foster connections, discuss perspectives, and share customer success stories. We wanted attendees to learn how to win over the consumers of today and tomorrow as part of a series of events staged around the world.
We were asked by Mastercard Services to design and build a one-day conference at the Waldorf Astoria in Dubai, following on from the London summit. We designed and coordinated all aspects of the event from presentations, onsite branding, show production, stage/set design, demos, registration, catering, testimonials, filming and photography, bringing together businesses to exchange best practice ideas with over 100 industry leaders from retail, dining, travel, hospitality and more.
Delivering excellence
We showcased presentations and panel discussions from 17 speakers to an invited audience of over 100 retail and commerce customers. The summit highlighted how real-time transaction data and proprietary analysis can win over digital customers with trust, innovation and a customer-centered loyalty and engagement strategy. As a result of the success of the Dubai and London summits, further global events are scheduled to be delivered later this year and in 2025.
